Instantaneous data

Instantaneous volumetric data is provided over the time window T_s = 1.5 R_max/u_ref ~ 3.947 h_bump/u_ref with R_max = 0.0762 m, u_ref = 46.186 m/s, h_bump = 0.02888 m.

every approximately

25 time units for around 800 time units, resulting in 60 snapshots.

Each wrapped file is denoted with a number which represents the time ID of the single collection of *vtu files. The time interval between two consecutive time ID is

     \Delta t = 0.025 R_max/u_ref ~ 0.0658 h_bump/u_ref

with R_max = 0.0762 m, u_ref = 46.186 m/s, h_bump = 0.02888 m. Since 60 time ID have been stored, the global time window sampling is

     T_s = 1.5 R_max/u_ref ~ 3.947 h_bump/u_ref

The variables provided are the instantaneous velocity, pressure and temperature as well as their gradients. The data is provided separately for the inlet square duct area (x=[0,5]) and the diffuser area (x=[5,42.5]).

For more information regarding the storage format, please refer to the storage format guidelines.
