Axisymmetric drop impact dynamics on a wall film of the same liquid
Abstract
Provide a summary of the test-case submission here.
The objective of this contribution is to provide high quality time-resolved experimental data on drop impact on a thin liquid film and associated crown formation dynamics under conditions where the entire process stays axisymmetric. Such experimental data are missing in literature but are especially useful for advancement and validation of numerical methods.
